Programs & Services

The SRC has identified & implemented specific services that look to meet needs in our community. We welcome feedback and ideas of what could be developed and offered.

Learn & Play (Infant to Pre-K)

This program meets weekly on Wednesdays from 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. to provide support and social interaction for parents, and engaging learning activities for children up to Pre-K.

Workshops

We are please to have offered a variety of kids and adult workshops that included a sketching, painting class, and a kids cooking class.  Our goal is to keep these workshops low cost. We look forward to continuing to provide them throughout the year. We are always looking for new instructors. Please contact us if you would like to teach a workshop.

Events & More...
We look forward to providing fun, family friendly evenings monthly for our community and surrounding area!  Movie Nights, meals, game nights and more are on the way. We will continue to be creative in our current climate to work to implement safe events.
Elementary School Drop-In
Children ages 6 - 12 are welcome to drop in at the Resource Centre Thursdays from 3 - 4:30 p.m. (this follows the school calendar). There will be a snack, fun learning activities, and an opportunity to connect and play together.
Middle School Drop-In
Teens Grades 6 - 8 are welcome to drop-in every second week on Mondays from 3 - 4:30 p.m.
Fundraising
As the SRC is a non-profit fundraising is a priority.  We seek to offer family friendly events that bring the community together as well as raise support & provide for programming & operational needs.
We also apply for many grants and are thankful to receive them year after year to support our programs.

Fun and Learning!
